How It Works
- Place the BRAZIL Cafetiere on a flat surface and pull the plunger out of the carafe.
- Add one rounded teaspoon or one Bodum scoop of coarsely ground coffee per cup (4 oz of water).
- Pour hot water (92-96ºC) into the carafe, leaving about 2.5 cm (1 inch) at the top, and stir with a plastic or wooden spoon.
- Place the plunger unit on top and turn the lid to close the pour spout, retaining the heat while brewing.
- Let your coffee brew for 4 minutes, then slowly press the plunger down.
- Turn the lid to open the pour spout and pour your delicious, freshly brewed coffee.
- Wash all parts in warm, soapy water before first use. All parts are dishwasher safe.
