Brewing Instructions

1. Use a coffee-to-water ratio of 60g per 1 litre (approx. 18g for 300ml).
2. Grind coffee slightly coarser than espresso.
3. Boil fresh water, let cool for 1 minute to reach 95°C.
4. Place filter in the V60, rinse with hot water, add grounds, and pour slowly over coffee.
5. Brew for 3-4 minutes for a smooth, delicious coffee.
