Brewing Guide

• Use a ratio of 60g of coffee per 1 litre of water.
• For a 300ml cup, use approximately 18g of coffee.
• Grind coffee for filter grind (medium grind)
• Boil fresh water and allow it to cool for 1 minute (around 95°C).
• Rinse the filter paper with hot water before adding coffee.
• Pour slowly and steadily; total brew time should be around 3–4 minutes.
