Our Cognac-Infused Guatemala Antigua Medium-Dark Roast strikes a remarkable balance between depth and natural sweetness. Green beans from Antigua’s volcanic soils are carefully combined with cognac and left to infuse for weeks, allowing the spirit’s smooth, oaky richness to permeate each bean. After this meticulous process, the beans are roasted to a medium-dark profile, enhancing natural notes of caramel, chocolate, and exotic fruits, complemented by a subtle hint of hazelnut and a smooth, full body.

This unique roast offers a bright, citric acidity and a clean finish that beautifully showcases the layered cognac character alongside Antigua’s distinct sweetness – creating a richly satisfying cup.
